Amy’s biggest passion lives in teaching women how to be healthier & easy tips to achieve wellness. She’s a marathon runner, former competitive triathlete, avid hiker, and mountain biker. Amy obsesses over essential oils, her backyard beehives, gardening, and loves anything natural. From her experience in her own life of being in an unhealthy marriage, single mom, and then finding happiness again through re-marriage, she has pivoted her coaching to not only help women with physical wellness, but also emotional wellness which has been extremely rewarding!
