What is a Holistic Spa & Wellness Administration Professional?

A Holistic Spa & Wellness Administration Professional works comfortably & effectively in various spaces within the mind/body industry. These spaces include wellness spas, holistic health centers & wellness retreats to name a few. They often assist wellness practitioners with administrative tasks, customer/client care, retail of products (usually plant-based, eco-friendly & sustainable brands) & ensuring the space is a clean & harmonious.

Curriculum

Module 1

Intro to Holistic Spa & Wellness therapies

As a Spa concierge, it is very important that you understand spa therapies, techniques and language, as well as have a good understanding of holistic wellness. This section of your program will touch base on basic and newly emerging spa treatments that can be found in most luxury spas, along with holistic wellness tips to align you with becoming or enhancing yourself to become someone who lives the lifestyle! Knowing this knowledge will help you enhance your own health & well-being, along with ability to consult with clients on the best treatment options for them & their needs.

Module 2

Spa Etiquette & Guest Services

This section will teach you the art of providing a high level of customer/client care. We will explore the qualities of spa culture & customer care that will enable you to deliver a high level of sophistication & compassion that your clients will rave about & deeply appreciate. We will also focus on skills that build on trusting interactions, to create rapport with clients and ensure a healthy ongoing relationship & experience.

Module 3

Empathetic Communication & Leadership Skills

Provide strategies for handling the often times uncomfortable occurrences when a client may not be happy with their service or experience. We will learn strategies for properly handling these situations and steps to decrease the frequency of these occurrences.

Module 4

Client Complaint, Resolution & Recovery

Learn strategies for handling the often times uncomfortable occurrences when a client may not be happy with their service or experience. We will learn strategies for properly handling these situations and steps to decrease the frequency of these occurrences.
