Lavender, Bergamot, and Rose have been my favorite essential oils to diffuse in my room. It has really helped my mental health. :)
I enjoyed making the Lavender sugar scrub! So simple and fun. I always a drop of lavender essential oil inside my pillow, my kids pillow too! So soothing, relaxing, chill time. 💆🏾♀️
re reading trying to use more regularly , but do want to be more aware of specific properties, so can use more efficiently, and expand my collection, i do have Rose water at the moment, and will look forward to my Rose Oil and Lavender
