Road to Mastery

ree

There are Two mistakes along the way to Mastery ,

Not starting, Not going all the way !

These are the words on the screen of the recent Chi Gong practice i have began incorporating into my wellbeing routines , yes! and on the days i am feeling a little lazy or wondering what for,I remind myself,I Want to go All the Way! its a long road i better get to it! i change my mindset run my feet under cold water and prepare for a great future lol yes by doing one seemingly not so important thing ,choosing to prioritize my wellbeing

one baby step in the right direction , practice makes perfect , creating new habits one choice at a time

On the Road to Mastery, one must be aware of sudden unexpected happenings that may create, challenges

Everyday we have a chance to start again ,where do we find the inspiration? the desire? the time ? the energy? Only one knows their personal right answer , for me these days its the quote on the screen, its checking in with Her Zen Network, and reading about all these wonderful women Becoming the Change, choosing to be Well sharing their Unique Beauty Diversity , the desire and effort to unite for Good ,the willingness to Trust again ,its when i encounter someone and they say wow you look great lol its when i Eat Well and feel good!

My journey has been slow and steady, daily i remind myself , this is a commitment I Want to make for My Greater Good as well as those around me,

i have been made aware , as one comes closer to realizing there dreams , we are faced with distortions , distractions, one must have Courage Faith and Belief in OneSelf

Mantra

I Imagine Better, I Imagine myself the person i want to be ! I am a Holistic Health Practitioner! I am Unique, I Matter

We can and Will Vibrate Positively , we Choose!

That Joy and Blessings are your experience on the way to Mastery

I find this to be true. I have always had a a problem getting started, even with things that are good for me, but once I start, I do finish. I love your advice of taking small baby steps, this seems to work well for me. Beautiful post 💙

I absolutely love this! Wonderful mantra as well.

Yes, never starting and not finishing has robbed many of their dreams.

That's why having a strong support system of others striving for similar goals

is so important. Thank you for this post 😊
