A quick yoga morning routine to get your day started off right,
before you even get out of bed!

Danielle is a massage therapist and yoga instructor from California. She has over 850 hours of schooling in many modalities of massage, somatic psychology, wellness, movement, and mindfulness from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego and owned a massage business in California for years before moving abroad. She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga in San Diego and have taught yoga in California, as well as international locations during her travels through Asia. She has an interest in slow and minimalist lifestyle, natural products (both using them and making them), gardening, photography, cooking, outdoor activities and ecological living. We warmly welcome her to our tribe!

Great way get get warmed up in the morning! Nice and easy!
This solves my predicament of wanting to do yoga but cant get out of bed. Love itt!
loved doing this in the morning. It snaps me in awake mode a lot quicker since it groggy in the morning!
I think this is a subconscious routine people do especially when the snooze setting is on. Tapping into this routine consciously could definitely add that daily dose of needed relaxation. Take time to stretch, warm up, and meditate for the day will make all the difference. When it comes to peace it’s good to be selfish. This is a daily reminder to start our day with “me”.
