Goddess Grains- A Decadent, Cream Of Wheat Recipe with Cacao,Pecans, Pumpkin Seed,Cranberries & Ghee

Growing up, cream of wheat was a common go-to breakfast for me & my family. Memories of my niece/aunt(shes much older than me) making her famous batch on Christmas morning still lingers in my mind & taste buds. Did you know cream of wheat(farina) is packed with many vitamins & minerals such as Iron & B Vitamins to name a few. Back then in our house, it was made with tons of sugar & butter. Wasn't at all healthy, but sure tasted good! Now that I am older & more conscious of what I put in my body, I have a more healthier & decadent way I make my cream of wheat. This decadent recipe makes me feel like I am nourishing every aspect of my goddess comfort food needs. It will make my now vegan niece/aunt proud, & I am sure you will love it! xoxo.



Boil 1/2 cup cream of wheat

Once fully cooked, immediately stir in 1/2 tblspoon cacao nibs

Add 1 teaspoon dark cocoa powder

Add 1 tblspoon ghee

Add 1/4 cup pecans, pumpkin seeds & cranberries

Stir & Enjoy!

Makes 1 Serving
