Lemon-Ginger Tea for the Cold Season

As the cold weather approaches, we find ourselves in need of warm, soothing & comforting food & drink. Especially in the early mornings. Swap out your green tea with this warming tea blend that will cleanse, stimulate & revitalize you each morning!
Ginger has been known to soothe upset stomach & nausea, and provide ant-inflammatory actions, while lemon is cleansing to the liver, restores PH & is high in Vitamin C.
To make:
4 cups of boiling water
Slice thinly 2-inch piece of ginger root
Slice 1 Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice thinly, a few pieces of ginger root & lemon.
Add to a pot of boiling water & let simmer for a bit(20mins suggested)
Strain and then add 1 Tablespoon Raw honey(manuka if you want an extra boost of nourishment). Enjoy!

This Is one of my go to Teas! I always have fresh Ginger and Lemons around! That kick of Ginger is energizing combined with the citrus of the lemon, great way to start the day! Or a break time for quick pick me up! 🌹✌🏽
